She married Elbert Britton (Britt) Gibbs January 24, 1889 in Winston Co., MS. Elbert was born June 13, 1866 in Rome, Tallapoosa Co., AL. Elbert was the son of Elbert L. Gibbs and Sarah Rachel Yates. Elbert died March 10, 1915 in MS.
