She married Edgar James Cockrell October 26, 1921 in Ottumwa, Wapello Co., IA. Edgar was born Mach 26, 1892 in Eddyville, Mahaska Co., IA. Edgar was the son of John Cockrell and Mary Pyet. Edgar died May 20, 1932.
