She married Alvah Alston Bass 1904 in Hampton, Calhoun Co., AR. Alvah was born September 5, 1883 in Caswell Twp, Calhoun Co., AR. In the 1930 census A. A, Mattie and Bama were living in Morehouse Parrish, Bastrop area. Alvah was the son of James R. Bass and Anna E. Gresham.
Alvah died April 9, 1936.
Mattie Dell Allgood and Alvah Alston Bass had the following children:
9555 i. Delma8 Bass was born in Hampton, Calhoun Co., AR May 22, 1905. Delma died November 1979 in Beaumont, Harris Co., TX. She married John M Wheat abt 1945 in Beaumont, Harris Co., TX. John was born July 15, 1921 in AR. John died July 1972.
9556 ii. Bonia Mae Bass was born in AR 1907.
9557 iii. Georgia Bass was born in DeRidder, LA June 29, 1909. Georgia died January 1985 in Camden, Quachita Co., AR. She married (____) Morris.
