She married David N. Bishop February 20, 1879 in Chambers Co., AL. David was born May 2, 1857 in Rome, Tallapoosa Co., AL. In 1880, David and Laura were living in Lee Co., Brownsville area, dist 98. David was the son of Joseph Wesley Bishop and Elizabeth Jane Edwards.
David died January 8, 1933 in Athens, Clarke Co., GA.

2889 i. Bertha9 Bishop was born in Rome, Tallapoosa Co., AL Decembe 25r 1879. Bertha died 1934. She married Clinton Ray Ruff. Clinton was born April 28,1878 in Wilkes Co., GA. Clinton was the son of John D. Ruff and Mary Andrews. Clinton died April 4,1941 in Greenwood Co., SC.

+ 2891 iii. George Wesley Bishop was born November 1883. 2892 iv. Mande Ladelle Bishop was born in AL February 1891. She married Walter Earl Johnson June 5, 1913 in Clarke Co., GA. Walter was born September 11, 1888 in Wilkes Co., GA.
+ 2893 v. Mae Bishop was born August 12, 1893.
