He married Thelma Mae Lindsey August 10, 1935 in Greer Co., OK. Thelma was born November 13, 1916 in Mangum, Greer Co., OK. Thelma was the daughter of Walter Thomas Lindsey and Lizzie Maloney. Thelma died January 5, 2013 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX. OBIT: Thelma Mae Fennel Allgood, 96, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013. Thelma was born November 13, 1916 in Mangum, OK to a farming family trying to survive.

She lost her father to a terrible accident when she was six years old. In 1936 she married Fred Allgood and lost him to an auto accident in 1964.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers and sisters. Survivors: son, Fred A. Allgood and his wife, Linda; granddaughters, Julia Kline and her husband, Steve, Jana Thurman and her husband, Randy; six great-grandchildren, Josh Kline, Taylor Thurman, Cameron Kline, Blake Thurman, Jacob Kline, and Catelyn Kline.

Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Laurel Land Fort Worth.
