Danny died September 23, 2009 in Springfield, Robertson Co., TN. OBIT: Danny E. Allgood, 60, of Springfield, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, at his home. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Sept. 26 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Elliott and Pastor Bob Cook officiating. Interment followed in Memorial Gardens. Mr. Allgood was born June 25, 1949, in Davidson County to the late Dallas E. and Mary Francis Pitt Allgood. He was a salesman for Millwork Products and a Baptist. In addition to his parents, Mr. Allgood was preceded in death by his sisters, Linda Marie Allgood and Betty Tompkins. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Neal Palmer of Goodlettsville, Crissy and Kevin Talley of Ashland City; brothers, Alvin Allgood of Ashland City, Howard Allgood of Greenbrier, Jim Allgood of Thompson Station, Randy Allgood of Springfield; sisters, Alice Seaborn of Springfield, Barbara Weisz of Palcentia, Calif., Margaret Allgood of Springfield; mother of his children, Brenda Allgood of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Grant and Reed Palmer of Goodlettsville, Elsie Grace and Anna Beth Talley of Ashland City. The family requests memorial contributions be made to NorthCrest Hospice. Robertson County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangementsm
