6868 vi. James Harvey Blacketter was born in New Canton, Pike Co, IL January 11, 1904. James died November 1, 1981 in Barry, Pike Co., IL. He married Lillian R. Mosier February 21, 1934 in Hamnibal, Marion Co., MO. Lillian was born October 29,1906 in IL. Lillian was the daughter of JOhn Mosier and Josie (___). Lillian died May 12, 2001 in Pittsfield, Pike Co. IL.
