She married Edgar F. Babb. Edgar was born February 10, 1904. Edgar was the son of John C. Babb and Susie A. (___). Edgar died October 9, 1985 in Dekalb Co., GA.

21766 i. Sara Elizabeth (Betty)9 Babb was born in GA August 17, 1931. Sara died February 13, 2010 in Smyrna, Cobb Co., GA. OBIT: Sara B. (Betty) Cook passed away February 13, 2010.
She was born to Edgar and Daisy Babb August 17, 1931 in Atlanta, GA. She attended Milton Avenue Grammar School, Hoke Smith Middle School, Girls High School and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1949. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Merrill L. Cook. For many years she was employed by Royal Typewriter Company, later Konica, as office manager.
After retiring she became a dedicated Realtor in the Smyrna area. Betty's passion was china painting. She joined the Georgia World Organization of China Painters as a member of the Paran Porcelain club in July 1981 and became President of the State GWOCP for the years 1987-1989. She was on the Board of The World Organization of China Painters, Oklahoma City, OK as Director at Large for Area Two, 2000-2006. She organized the Magnolia Porcelain Art Guild May 1998. Betty was an active member of the Noah's Ark Porcelain Artist Club, World Organization of China Painters and the International Porcelain Artists Teachers from 1981. She was an avid supporter and tireless worker at all of the conventions during her tenure.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Pat and Donald Jones, niece Liz (Jake) Aull and great nephew Jackson Aull, nephews Mike (Pam) Duke, Chris Duke, nieces Lucinda Duke and Gina (Bobby) Garth and great nephews Nathan and Casey Garth.
Visitation will be Thursday February 18, 2010 at 10 AM at Carmichael Funeral Home Smyrna GA. A memorial service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens on Fairview Road, Stockbridge GA at 2. She married Meriill L. Cook.
Meriill was born July 26, 1931. Meriill died December 27, 2003 in Smyrna, Cobb Co., GA.
