He married Mildred Margaret Burkhart 1925. Mildred was born June 28, 1908 in Greentop, MO. Mildred was the daughter of Fredrick Burkhard and Sarah C. Price. Mildred died March 23, 1949 in Oskaloosa, Mahaska Co., IA.

7207 i. John F.8 Allgood was born in Mahaska Co., IA February 1, 1926. John died February 1978. He married Lena Marie Swim. Lena was born August 2,1914 in Lakonta, Mahaska Co., IA. Lena was the daughter of Charels R. Swim and Eva R Krile. Lena died November 1990.

7209 iii. Jerry Allgood was born in Rose Hill, Mahaska Co., IA December 29, 1930. Jerry died 1953.
