He married Betty Caroline Seivert November 13, 1948 in Denny Park, Kiong Co., WA. Betty was born November 30, 1923 in Prosser, Benton Co., WA. Betty died March 17, 2011. Leonard moved with his family to Kirkland, WA in 1920. There he lived his remaining life.
