6350. Amber Faye⁷ Elliot (Nancy Jane (Jennie)⁶ Childers, William Fletcher⁵, Elizabeth⁴ Allgood, John³, Ishmael², Edward¹) was born in Sagerton, TX January 8, 1917. Amber died November 18, 2000 in Stamford, Jones Co.TX. OBIT: Amber Faye Archer, 83, of Lueders, died Tuesday November 28, in a Stamford Hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Lueders Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Rising Sun Cemetery in Shackelford County under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Archer was born in Sagerton to Joe and Nancy Elliott. She was a homemaker and a Baptist, where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She had a been a resident of the Lueders area since 1990 moving there from Irving. Mrs. Archer married A.G. "Bud" Archer in Anson. He preceded her in death in 1980.

Survivors include; three sons, Wayne Archer, of Irving, Joe Archer, of Alba, Tx, and Larry Archer, of Lueders; two daughters, Barbara Jenkins and Lynda Walker both of Lueders; two sisters, Lillie Mae Davis, of Irving, and Joyce Jenson, of Forsythe, MO; twelve grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.

She married Aaron (Bud) Gilbert Archer in Anson, TX. Aaron was born April 28, 1908. Aaron died October 1980.
