Born November 19, 1917 in Portsmouth, he was a member of Mogadore VFW Post 8487, Henry Perkins Masonic Lodge 611, 32nd Degree. He was a Navy veteran with eight years service and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and two Presidential Citations. He was on the ship U.S.S. Enterprise during World War II. He had worked at Goodyear and Goodyear Aerospace and retired from First National Tower in 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Almirl (Sue); son, Ronald (Lucy); grandchildren, Ben and Brandy; sister, Garnet Fox; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Orcean was buried in the Woods Cemetery, Uniontown, Stark Co., OH
