Howard was born May 3, 1882 in Oglethorpe Co., GA. Howard was the son of Alex Glenn and Lizzie Mattox. Howard died December 28,1962 in Elberton, Elbert Co. GA.

4002 ii. Joe Allgood was born in Elbert Co., GA November 1892.
