Services will be 3pm, Monday, March 13, 2006 at Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Survivors include daughters Freida Delk, Carolyn Black; son Kenneth Algood; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Berry Funeral Home, Elberton, has charge of arrangements.

He married Kathleen Walton. Kathleen was born March 16, 1916 in Lincoln Co., GA. Kathleen was the daughter of William Leonard Walton and Mary McCord. Kathleen died April 4, 1990 in Elberton, Elbert Co. GA.
