Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late John William Allgood and Lillie Pearl Currin Allgood.
She was the widow of Frank Wyche Ellis.
Mrs. Ellis was a member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife and mother.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Sunset Gardens, conducted
She married Frank Wyche Ellis in Henderson, Vance Co., NC. Frank was born October 28, 1911. Frank died October 10, 2006 in Henderson, Vance Co., NC.
