Hessie died February 22, 1970 in Essex, Baltimore Co., MD. OBIT: Mrs Oscar (Hessie) BRAMLETT, age 81, died Sunday, February 22, 1970, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Sacilatto, of Baltimore. She had made her home here in recent years. Mrs. BRAMLETT is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Fred SACILATTO, Baltimore, one son Raleigh BRAMLETT, Irvington, two brothers, Walker CONNER of Irvington, Ovie CONNER of Philomath, Oregon and five grandchildren
