First Generation  

1. Henry Brazeel was born about 1620 in Southern France and died in 1682 about age 62.

General Notes: This Henry Brazeel is said to have come to this country from France in about 1640 and settled in Charles City County, Va. and later moved with his family on Gilley Creek (near where Richmond, Virginia is). There were possibly children other than Henry and Eliza because of the difference in their ages.

Noted events in his life were:

1. Immigration: Abt 1640, Gilley Creek.

2. Resided: Resided, 1679, Henrico, VA.

Henry married someone.

His children were:

+ 2    i. Henry Brazeel was born about 1650 and died about 1720 about age 70.

   3    ii. Eliza Brazeal was born about 1660.

Eliza married Henry Lewis.
