Thomas was born August 20, 1866 in Troy, Pike Co., AL. In the 1930 census, Thomas and Eva were living in Lexington Township, Cleveland Co., OK Thomas was the son of Francis Pickens Bledsoe and Amanda Collins.

Thomas died January 4, 1934 in Lexington, Cleveland, OK.
