Angela died October 14, 2011 in Laurel, Jones Co., MS. OBIT: Angela Allgood Buckley, 42 of Stringer, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at Bethany Baptist Church in Jasper County with burial in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
She was a member of Pleasant Home Baptist Church in Jones County. She was a graduate of Bay Springs High School, attended Southwest Community College three years and received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. She was employed at Allgood Business Machines for two years, University of Southern Mississippi for seven years, and Shady Grove Utility for 6 months.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Allgood; paternal grandfather, Wallace Allgood; maternal grandparents, D.L. Bishop and Lois Bishop; and father-in -law, James Buckley.
Survivors Include her husband, Keith Buckley of Stringer; three sons, Matthew Keith Buckley, Andrew Colt Buckley, and Timothy James Buckley, all of Stringer; mother, Jeanette Allgood of Laurel; brother, Jason Allgood and wife Monica of Petal; sister, Pamela Shaw of Purvis; niece, Katie Shaw; nephew, Wyatt Allgood; and grandmother, Aletha Jones.
Pallbearers will be Josh Brooks, Joey Pippen, Bradley Wallace, Jonathan Cosper, Ashley Davis, and Randy Busby. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Aaron, Gerald Gilbert, Brian McCord, and Katrell Buckley.
Angela Kay Allgood and Keith Elroy Buckley had the following children:
