She married Richard Ellies Bowden 1902. Richard was the son of Gregory Turner Bowden and Sarah Tossie Crowder. Richard died May 27, 1955 in Cullman Co., AL. Richard is buried at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Cullman Co., AL
