Ray¹¹ Weaver (Cora¹⁰ Hutcheson, Francis Marion (Frank)⁹, Ellen (Ellender)⁸ Hogue, Sarah (Sally) Hudson⁷ Allgood, William A.⁶, John Young⁵, William⁴ Algood, Edward³ Allgood, William², Edward¹ Algood) was born in Haralson Co., GA August 25, 1926. Ray died January 21, 2006. OBIT: Mr. Ray Weaver, 79, of 125 Pine Crest Circle, Dallas, died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006. Mr. Weaver was born in Haralson County, GA on August 25, 1926, a son of the late Elisha Weaver and Cora Hutcheson Weaver. He had been a resident of Dallas for the past 40 years and was a retired employee of the Georgia Power Company. He was a member of the Springdale Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in World War II. He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Steven Weaver on July 12, 2004 and by four brothers and two sisters. Surviving are wife, Mrs. Mildred Fennell Weaver of Dallas to whom he was married on Oct. 15, 1949; son, Mr. Kim Weaver and his wife Nancy of Rockmart; 3 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Fennell officiating. Interment was held in the Springdale Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers included Billy Weaver, Keith Campbell, Billy Chandler, Jeff Alexander, Ricky Weaver and Ben Weaver. The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Ray Weaver and Mildred Fennell had the following children:

 35680 i. Gary Steven¹² Weaver was born before July 12, 2004, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Gary died July 12, 2004.
