230. Robert Clark7 Allgood (Presley6, William (Pikey) Henry5, William John4, Edward3, William2, Edward1 Algood) was born in Surry Co., NC 1811. Robert died December 24, 1853 in Wayne Co., IL.
He married Hannah Buckhannon December 18, 1834 in Orange Co., IN. Hannah was born 1817 in Moxksville, Davidson Co., NC. Hannah died December 1858 in Orange Co, IN.
Robert Clark Allgood and Hannah Buckhannon had the following children:
+ 1059 i. Samuel Austin8 Allgood was born December 18, 1834. 1060 ii. Robert Presley Allgood was born in Maysville, KY December 1840. Robert died abt 1902 in Bacca Co., CO. Robert went with Lewis to Colorado, He is shown on the 1900 census as living with Lewis and his family in Guy, Jefferson Co., CO. The winter of 1901-1902 was horrible even by early Colorado standards. Three massive blizzards hit. One locks up Denver for nearly a week. There isn't any documentation to show a connection, but by 1902, both Allgood brothers are dead, and buried in the Golden Cemetery. In 1900 Robert was living with his brother Lewis and family in Guy, Jefferson Co., CO + 1061 iii. Mary Elizabeth Allgood was born 1843. 1062 iv. Margaret Allgood was born in Sailor Springs, Clay Co., IL 1843. Margaret died February 28, 1881. She married Hugh Denning.
+ 1063 v. Lewis W. Allgood was born May 1, 1848.
+ 1064 vi. John Wesley Allgood was born 1851.
+ 1065 vii. William Clarke Allgood was born March 11, 1854.
