Frances died January 30, 2004 in San Bruno, San Mateo Co., CA. OBIT: JENNINGS, Frances I. - A resident of San RafaeI, passed away January 30, 2004. She was born in Joplin, MO on August 28, 1920. Mrs. Jennings was valedictorian of the San Ramon High School class of 1939 and a graduate of San Jose College. She is retired from Civil Service and the Marin County Civic Center. Her four children, Stephen, Julie, Mathew and Catie Jennings; five grandchildren, one sister and one brother survive her.

She married Edward Murry Jennigs August 27, 1949 in Reno, Storey Co., NV. Edward was born April 3, 1922 in Brooklyn, King Co, NY. Edward was the son of Gerald Thomas Jennings and Martha Hirsh.. Edward died April 21, 1981 in San Rafael, Marin Co., CA. Edward was cremated and the ashes sprinkled in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Marion Co.,CA
