Carrol died November 24, 2015 in Joplin, Jasper Co., MO. OBIT: Carrol Blaine (Lum) Allgood, 84, passed away on Nov. 24, 2015 at his home, in Joplin, Mo. Carrol was born on April 23, 1931, to Lemuel and Mrytle Allgood, in Miami, Okla. He attended high school in Wyandotte. He worked in shipping at B.F. Goodrich until retirement when he started Allgood and Son Shopping Cart service. He also mowed lawns. He really loved to mow. He worked in shipping at B.F. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Wilma Jean; his sister, Dorene Nidiffer, Muskogee; one son, Danny Allgood, Commerce; four daughters, Jeri Moss, Miami; LuAnn Fouts, Becky Allgood and Zohie Allgood, all of Joplin; four grandchildren, Steve Moss, Commerce, Aaron Moss, Miami, Melissa Floyd, Commerce, Jamie Mertz, Kansas City; and five great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3, at G.A.R., Miami.
