Born Oct. 22, 1968 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Abraham Staggs Jr. and Bonnie (Johnson) Staggs.
A 1986 graduate of Turkey Run High School, he was owner and operator of Firewood Unlimited and Staggs Logging.
He was a member of Byron Christian Church.
Surviving are a fiancee, Lagina Ryan, Waveland; two daughters, Kirstin Leeann Staggs and Kymberlea Jo Staggs, both of Waveland; two brothers, William Thomas Staggs and Michael Staggs, both of Marshall; two sisters, Sally Jones, Crawfordsville and Jennifer Link, Ladoga.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Oliver Johnson and Abe and Edith Staggs.
Services are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Machledt and Servies Funeral Home, Waveland, with Mike Sabens officiating.
Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery, Marshall.
