He married Rachel Bean September 12, 1936. Rachel was born February 23, 1914. Rachel died November 8, 2005 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY. OBIT: ALLGOOD, RACHEL BEAN, 91, of Shepherdsville, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2005, at Baptist Hospital East. She was a native of Bullitt County, KY, a retired lunchroom worker for Pleasure Ridge Park High School and a member of South Jefferson Baptist Church and Riverport Community Church. She is survived by her son, Gary Allgood (Rose); daughters, Sharon Kirby (George), Lois Jackson (Gwen); several nieces and nephews; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at noon Saturday at Arch L. Heady Son, Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday
