He married twice. He married Barbara 1 (____). He married Jacqueline J (Jackie) Jenkins 1979. Jacqueline was born November 21,1932. Jacqueline was the daughter of Paul Jenkins and Gladys (___). Jacqueline died June 29, 2008 in Rock Hill, York Co., SC. OBIT: Jackie (Jacqueline J) Randleman went home to her reward Sunday, June 29, 2008, from her home in Rock Hill, S.C., where she lived with her daughter, Elizabeth, son-in-law, Don and granddaughter, Jaclyn Fisher.

Mom, MeMaw, Mrs. Jackie, "Anna", Grandma - however she was addressed, it was always with endearment. Jackie loved people...especially kids. Everywhere she lived, she opened her home to people. Her house was always known as the "Neighborhood Hang-Out" as her four children (Julia Treadway of Pine Beach, N.J., Jo Ellen Chaney of Fayetteville, N.C., Keith Scruggs - deceased, and Elizabeth Fisher, Rock Hill, S.C.) were growing up in Gibsonville, N.C., and Estill, S.C.

Jackie was married to Alva E. Randleman for nearly 35 years. During that time, she went from accounting to Police Dispatcher, working alongside her husband, who was a policeman including Chief for over two decades. They both were active members of the S.C. Law Enforcements Officers Association. They were "out-doorsy" and avid campers - members of Good Sam's Camping Club for 35 years.

Jackie grew up in Burlington, N.C., where she had a great life with her parents, Paul and Gladys Jenkins, and her brother Bill, who now resides in Greenwood, S.C. She was a member of the American Business Women's Association, Women of the Moose and Woodsman of the World.

In the past few years, Jackie was physically limited, but clearly realized that her life was not over. She enjoyed traveling which took her up and down the east coast in the past three years. She found a renewed passion for reading to children. Her favorite time was when she was reading to her great-grandchildren, the students of Ultimate Life Christian Academy, and students from Fort Mill School District, who were enrolled in Carolina Community Enhancements Learning Center after school program.

Because of her love for books and children, the family is asking that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to purchase books. Checks can be made to: ULCA/CCE BOOKS then mailed to 377 Rubin Center Drive, Suite 124, Fort Mill, S.C. 29708.

Mrs. Randleman was very involved in her church, Ultimate Life Church in Fort Mill, S.C. Her church family, friends and family welcome you to the visitation at the church on 377 Rubin Center Drive, Suite 125, in Fort Mill, S.C., on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 from 7p.m. to 9p.m. The Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday, July 2, at the church at 11a.m. Burial will be at 3 p.m. the same day, in Gibsonville, N.C., at Gibsonville Cemetery, Springwood Avenue, Gibsonville, N.C.
