Janet died December 16, 2008 in Borger, Hutchinson Co., TX. OBIT: Janet Lee Green, 47, died Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at her home in Borger. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Borger with Rev. Terry Porter, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in “The Garden of Hope” at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Janet was born on Aug. 7, 1961, in Borger to David and Jerrie Dennis. She was a lifetime resident of Borger and was a teacher’s aide for the Borger ISD. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, and loved camping and her first grandbaby. She married Daniel Stephen Green on June 14, 1980, in Borger. She was preceded in death by two sisters, JoEtta Dennis Cheek and Dana Dennis. She is survived by her husband Dan Green of the home, two sons, Matt Green and wife Amy of Claude and Brent Green and wife Sarah of Borger; her parents, David and Jerrie Dennis of Borger; a brother James Dennis and wife Abby of Stinnett and one granddaughter Kynlie Rae Green. Casket bearers will be Marilyn Johnstone, Tami Brown, Holley Coile, Tina Aikens, and Dee Sanders.
