She was a native of Vance County and was the daughter of the late Hubert Thomas Mullins and Lena Ayscue Mullins Jackson and was the widow of the late Noel Edwin Robertson. . She was a former floral designer.. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the J.M. White Funeral Home by the Rev. Rodney Inscoe.. Surviving are two daughters, Angela Robertson and Andrea Parrish, both of Henderson; one son, Noel E. Robertson Jr. of Henderson; one sister, Esther M. Moss of Henderson; one stepbrother, Martin Jackson of Durham; and four grandchildren.. The family will receive friends at the home of Allan and Esther Moss at 84 Wintergreen Road in the Carolina Pines subdivision..
