He married Beulah Mae Ayscue March 27,1956 in Franklin Co., NC. Beulah was born March 13, 1935 in Franklin Co., NC. Beulah died June 10, 2010 in Louisburg, Franklin Co., NC. OBIT: Beulah Ayscue Finch, 75, died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at her home. Graveside services will be Saturday, June 12, at 11 a.m. at Lancaster Memorial Park, with Minister Kendell Riddick officiating.

Surviving: daughter, Glenda F. Frazier (Dexter) of Louisburg; sons, Donald Grey Finch (Elaine) of Louisburg, Robert Glenn Finch (Pam) of Washington, NC; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
