Max had 4 siblings: Virginia (deceased), Blondelle (deceased), Lloyd (deceased) and his twin brother, Mark (deceased). Max served in the Air Force during WW II. Max married Betty Pontious on June 13, 1945. Max and Betty had two children, Steven Max and Brenda Sue. Max and Betty were divorced October 23, 1963. Max remarried Nancy Hensey, October 26, 1963. Max is survived by his wife, Nancy, two children, Steve and Brenda, five grandchildren: Marty, Jesse, Brandon Turner and Jason Hensley and Jaime Sheeks, and four great grandchildren.
He married twice. He married Betty Pontious June 13, 1945.
