He married Margaret Louise Wilson January 21,1956 in Mecklenberg Co., VA. Margaret was born August 16,1931 in Mecklenberg Co., VA. Margaret was the daughter of James Lee Wilson and Margaret Wheeler. Margaret died Dcember 14, 2015 in South Hill, Mecklenburg Co., VA. OBIT: Mrs. Louise W. Allgood, age 84 of South Hill, died December 14, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Randolph Allgood and is survived by two children, Randy Allgood (Buffy) of Alberta and Kimberly A. Hamilton (Michael) of Chester. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Nicolas & Tanner Allgood and Ryan Hamilton.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11am, Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in Crestview Memorial Park in LaCrosse, VA.
James Randolph Allgood and Margaret Louise Wilson had the following children:
