27539 i. Cynthia J.11 Sharp was born in KY April 7, 1958. Cynthia died December 21, 2013 in KY. OBIT: Cynthia J. “Cindy” Titzer, 55 of Evansville passed away at 6:42 am, Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center.
Cindy was born April 7, 1958 in Evansville and was a 1976 graduate of Bosse High School. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Cindy worked as an administrative assistant for many years. She was an avid animal lover who enjoyed travel and cooking for her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Steven B. Titzer of Evansville, mother, Carol (Hammer) Sharp of Evansville, brother, Gary Kirkwood (Barb) of Evansville, father-in-law, Thomas Titzer of Evansville, her beloved pets; her dog Pippin and her cats, Barney, Poncho and Tigger, nieces and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel David Sharp and mother-in-law, Mary Ann Titzer.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cindy’s caregiver and friend, Debbie Hilborn, Dr. Cordts and staff and the staff of Deaconess Hospital for all their kindness, care and compassion.
A Prayer Service will be held at 9:30 am, Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Boone Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville with Mass of a Christian Burial to follow at 10 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1301 S. Green River Rd., Evansville with Father Bernie Etienne officiating. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 2 pm until 7 pm, Monday, December 23, 2013 at Boone Funeral Home - East Chapel where a Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 pm.
