Donald died October 4, 2008 in Johnson City, Washington Co., TN. OBIT: Augusta native, Donald Gene Snelling, died October 4, 2008 at the VA Hospital in Johnson City, Tenn. He was a beloved father and grandfather. Survivors include his children, Jocelyn Kelly McIntyre and Jonathan Snelling; and two granddaughters, Savannah and Natalie McIntyre. He was a loving, musical, and compassionate man and will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev.
