Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Vicki Lea Bugg; two sons, Johnny Earl Bugg, Jr. and Barry Bugg, both of Henderson; his mother, Viola Bugg of Reed; four sisters, Leola Pugh of Owensboro, Shannon Holder of Reed, Brenda Kasperski of Chicago and Grace Butler of Hebbardsville; one brother, Woodrow Bugg, Jr. of Reed; nieces and nephews. Services are pending at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home.
