Carl was the son of Robert Hoover and Sarah Olive Hebb. Carl died February 10,1987 in Clinton, Vermillion Co., IN.

OBIT: James Michael "Mickey" Burgett Age 63, of Indianapolis, formerly of Montezuma, passed away September 27, 2004. He was born July 26, 1941 in Terre Haute. He was a 1960 graduate of Montezuma High School. He was a member of the Marion County Fish & Game Assoc. and the National Rifle Assoc. James taught roller skating at Skateland Skating Rink in Indianapolis. He was a five time Star Skateline Champion and 2nd place in Nationals at Long Beach, CA. He is survived by an a sister Carol Sue Huffman of Montezuma; an aunt, Dorothy Smith of Rockville, IN; niece Kyle Ferrante of Indianapolis; nephew Kevin Ferrante of Georgetown, IL; great-niece Sunshine Ferrante; great-nephews Quinn and Dusty Rahn and Adam Ferrante. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 30 in Brown Funeral Home, with Rev. Eric Moore and Mike Moore officiating. Friends of the family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 29 in the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
