He married Ancile Elizabeth McFall May 17, 1928. Ancile was born July 17,1912 in Dana, Vermillion Co., IN. Ancile was the daughter of Harry McFall and Lilly Sykes. Ancile died July 25, 1994 in Terrebonne, Deschutes Co., OR. OBIT: Ancile E. McFall Delp, 82, of Clinton, died at 10:45 a.m. Monday at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
Born July 17, 1912 in Dana, Vermillion County, IN., she was the daughter of Harry McFall and Lilly Sykes McFall.
She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Clinton and Rebekah Lodge.
She married Clifford Delp on May 17, 1928, and he died April 19, 1971.
Survivors include one daughter, Patty Berry of Clinton; two brothers, Paul McFall of Watseka IL., and Jack McFall of Hillsdale; two sisters, Edith Fortner of Rockville and Maxine Thomas of Hillsdale; one granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Frist Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Hendrix officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memoral Park in Terre Haute. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
