He married Judith Ann Klemp September 1, 1953 in Pennington, SD. Judith was born April 12,1938 in WI. Judith was the daughter of Alvin Klemp and Dora Liestiko. Judith died July 24, 2015 in Waukesha, Waukesha Co., WI. OBIT: Whipps, Judith Ann "Judie" Of Waukesha, died July 24, 2015 at age 77. She was born in Waukesha on April 12, 1938 the daughter of Alvin and Dora (nee Liestiko) Klemp. Judy worked for Amron, RTE, GTE and was a waitress at the Holiday Inn, Merrill Hills and the Seven Seas. She will be sadly missed by her children Larry Whipps, John Whipps and Georgia Harmon (nee Whipps). She was the dear grandmother of Christopher Hanson, David Hanson, Amanda Hanson and Elise Graser and great-grandmother of Madalynn Peters. She is further survived by her cousin Lucille Dauffenbach and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband George and brothers, Wilfred "Bud", Alvin, John and Richard. Visitation Thurs., July 30, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00PM. at the FUNERAL HOME. Visitation continues Fri., July 31 at the FUNERAL HOME from 10:00 until the time of the 11:00AM. funeral service. Burial will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
