She was born March 6, 1919, in Webster County, MO, and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lee Wilkinson; parents, Charles and Verda Dodson; sister, Helen and her brother, Roscoe.
She is survived by her son Timothy Wilkinson and wife, Elizabeth; grandson Todd Wilkinson and wife Page, and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Dodson Lott.
Internment at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
She married Charles Lee Wilkinson. Charles was born June 30, 1923 in Linn, KS. Charles was the son of Jack Wilkinson and Sarah E. Griffis. Charles died March 22, 2005. OBIT: Charles Lee Wilkinson, 81, passed away on March 22, 2005, in Cox Medical Center South. Charles was born in Linn, KS on June 30, 1923. He was retired Director of Customer Service with the United States Post Office, Springfield, MO. Charles was a World War II ChinaBurma-India Theatre veteran. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; one son, Tim Wilkinson and wife, Elizabeth; and one grandson, Todd Wilkinson and wife, Page. One sister, Betty Simon of Raleigh, NC, also survives.
