OBIT: Bettie Allgood Kinsaul, 87, a longtime resident of Bynum, Alabama, passed away following a short illness on November 23, 2011 at
RMC, Anniston, Alabama. She was born on August 22, 1924, in Pike County. She graduated from Wicksburg High School in Geneva County and was
salutatorian of her class. Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 27, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at Parker Memorial Baptist Church with Dr.
W. Mack Amis Jr. and Dr. Billy Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Forestlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at
1 p.m. Sunday at Parker Memorial Baptist Church parlor. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parker Memorial Building Fund, P.O.
Box 2104, Anniston, Alabama 36202-2104. Mrs. Kinsaul was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church where she was a member of the Deborah
Class and taught Sunday school for many years. Previously, she was a member of Bynum Baptist Church where she also taught Sunday school and
established the church library. She was Women's Missionary Union President, Bible School teacher, past Brownie Scout leader, and election
worker. Her strong Christian faith was apparent by her quiet example and service to others. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and
great grandmother. She was the cornerstone of her family and will be greatly missed. Mrs. Kinsaul was preceded in death by her husband, Sam
J. Kinsaul; her parents, John Milton Allgood and Bethania Floy Lathem Allgood; seven brothers and sisters, Robert Ollie Allgood, John Melton
Allgood, William Erastus Ray Allgood, Clyde G. Allgood, Mabel Grace Bevis, Marguerite Allen, and Annie Ruth Gilley. Survivors include her
daughter, Gail Milligan (Clarence), of Copperas Cove, Texas; her son, Duane Kinsaul (Patsy), of Montgomery; granddaughter, Jennifer
Holtsford (Ron), of Montgomery; grandsons, Michael Alexander (Karla), of Killeen, Texas, Steven Alexander (Tricia), of Greenville, Texas,
Jeffrey Kinsaul (Erika), of Auburn; great-grandchildren, William Buchanan, Cameron Alexander, Larsen Kinsaul, Samantha Alexander, Matthew
Alexander, Sam Kinsaul, Kaitlyn Alexander, and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Parker Memorial Baptist Church deacons. Gray

She married Sam Jerome Kinsaul March 10, 1942 in Houston Co., AL. Sam was born February 3,
1920 in Houston Co., AL. Sam was the son of Albert M. Kinsaul and Catherine (___). Sam died May 10, 1976 in
Baskenville, Meclenberg Co., VA.
