Phyllis died June 2, 2007 in Union City, Obion Co., TN. OBIT: Mrs. Phyllis Joan ( Moore ) Allgood, age 72, a resident of Troy, died Saturday afternoon June 2nd, 2007 at the Union City Manor Nursing Home. A memorial serivce is planned for a later date at the Troy Cumberland Presbyterian Church with White Ranson Funeral Home incharge of the arrangements. Mrs. Allgood was born April 30th, 1935, in Iowa City, Iowa , daughter of the late Hollis and Hazel ( Franke ) Moore. She married Fred Allgood in August 6th, 1977. He died in 1992. She was a member of the Troy Cumberland Presbyterian Church and also a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Garrett of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a son, Tim Mason, two sisters, Norma Thompson of Troy Tennessee and Virginia Seals of Creston, Iowa and a brother, Chester Moore of Necola, Iowa.
