At this time (June 5, 1917), Guy was a Section Forman with the Missouri Pacific Railroad. Guy was the son of Thomas Robert Dewey and Julia Miller Lundy.

Guy died April 15, 1953 in Lawrence Co., IN. Guy was buried in the McClanahan Cemetery, Johnson County, Illinois
