Nolia died November 7, 1981 in Coeur D Alene, Kootenai Co., ID. OBIT: Fender, Nolia J., 93, of Coeur d'Alene, died Saturday, 7 Nov. 1981 in a local nursing home.

Born April 8, 1888, in Rhinard, Ill, she moved with her family six months later to Walla Walla, Wash. She attended school there and in Kendrick. She then moved to Prescott, Wash., where she worked in a mercantile store. She married Cliff M. Fender Oct. 18, 1911, in Walla Walla, and they moved in 1932 to Coeur d'Alene, where she had lived ever since. Her husband preceded her in death in 1964.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and of the Rachel group there.

She is survived by sons Cliff, of Coeur d'Alene, and Jack, of Roseburg, Ore. ; daughter Joy "Mrs. Ray" Dury, of Coeur d'Alene; brother Merton McGrew, of Vancouver, Wash.; sisters Mrs. Twila Bauer, of Gig Harbor, Wash., Mrs. Veva Ellis, of Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Portia Barclay, of Shelton, Wash.; seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Olive Bafus, in 1976.

Graveside service is 1 p.m. Tuesday in Forest Cemetery, with Rev. Alvin Aoesved officiating. Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d'Alene, is in charge of arrangements.

She married Clifford Monte Fender October 18, 1911 in Walla Walla, Walla Walla Co, WA. Clifford was born January 24, 1888 in Wayside, WA. Clifford was the son of Horace Scott Fender and Olive Allen. Clifford died June 17, 1964 in Coeur D'Alene, Kootenai Co, ID.

OBIT: Bafus, Olive D. - Passsed away Sunday, October 17, 1976 in a Spokane nursing home. . . . Born in the state of Washington on February 15, 1913. She was a clerk for Montgomery Ward in Spokane. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survived by her husband, Harry Bafus, at the home; her mother, Mrs. C.M. Fender, Coeur d'Alene, ID, her sister, Mrs. Joy Ann Dury, Hayden Lake, ID; two brothers, Clifford and Jack Fender, both of Coeur d'Alene, ID, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 20, 1976 at 1:30 p.m. at the English Funeral Chapel, N1133 4th, Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.

She married Harry Herman Bafus September 18,1937.

Harry was born October 2, 1910 in Endicott, Whitman Co., WA. Harry was the son of Adam Bafus and Elizabeth Ott. Harry died October 23,1995 in Spokane, Spokane Co., WA. OBIT: Services for Harry Bafus, 85, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at English Funeral Chapel of Coeur d'Alene. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene.

Mr. Bafus, who was born in Endicott, Wash., died Sunday in Spokane. He moved to Coeur d'Alene when he was 7 years old and then to the Spokane Valley in 1952.

He had worked for the Blackwell Lumber Co. in the 1920s. He also worked for 20 years at the Aluminum Supply Co. in Spokane until his reitrement in 1965.

His first wife, Olive, died in 1976. He later married . . . .

He had enjoyed working on a dude ranch in Montana and helped install the first sound system at the old Dream Theatre in Coeur d'Alene. He was also a member of the Coeur d'Alene Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, at home; one stepdaughter, . . . ; two stepsons, . . . .; 14 stepgrandchildren, 14 stepgreat-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

23292 iv. Clifford A Fender was born in Prescott, WA July 3, 1914. Clifford died January 2, 1989 in Coeur D Alene, Kootenai Co., ID. OBIT: Clifford Fender, 74, Hayden Lake, died Monday, Jan. 2, 1989, at Kootenai Medical Center.

He was born July 3, 1914, in Prescott, Wash., to Clifford and Nola [sic] Fender. He was raised in Prescott and Twin Falls. In 1932 he moved to Coeur d'Alene and graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked at Ohio Match in Coeur d'Alene from 1948 to 1957. In 1957 he moved to the Los Angeles area where he was the line manager for General Motor Parts Division. He retired in 1971 and moved back to Coeur d'Alene.

He was past president of the Coeur d'Alene Lions Club and the Coeur d'Alene Junior Chamber of Commerce. He was active in the Coeur d'Alene Elks Club. He was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an amateur carpenter.

Survivors include sons . . . [two] and daughter . . . ; brother Jack Fender of Roseburg, Ore., sister Joy Ann Dury of Sparks, Nev.; seven grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Coeur d'Alene Memorial Gardens He married Henrietta Gayle ____).

Henrietta was born April 9, 1919 in Coeur D Alene, Kootenai Co., ID. Henrietta died April 2, 1988 in Coeur D Alene, Kootenai Co., ID.
