He married Mattie Ruth Boyd. Mattie was born July 12, 1908 in MS. Mattie was the daughter of Henry Hill Boyd and Jessie Adele Armstrong. Mattie died May 10, 1992.

Elbert Forest Case and Mattie Ruth Boyd had the following children:

+ 24855 ii. Elbert Forest Case JR was born February 24, 1937.

24856 iii. Davis Boyd Case was born December 13, 1945. Davis died January 22, 1972. Davis died as result of an accident. He was buried in New Salem Church of Christ Cemetery, Lincoln Co., MS.
