He married twice. He married Betty Ann Mordue May 8, 1954 in Los Vegas, Clark Co., NV. Betty was born April 2, 1935 in Colchester, McDonough Co., IL. Betty was the daughter of James L. Mordue and Hazel Mahr. Betty died August 2, 2007 in Elmwood, Peoria Co., IL. OBIT: Betty A. Ciaccio, 72, of Elmwood, formerly of Peoria, passed away at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born April 2, 1935, in Colchester, Ill., daughter of James L. and Hazel M. Mohr Mordue. She married Vito J. Ciaccio Jr. on Oct. 18, 1958, in Peoria, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tracie (Dennis) Seidel and Domonica (Tim) Martin, and two sons, Michael (Janet M.) Ciaccio and John (Janet D.) Ciaccio.
