6583. Odis William7 Allgood (Fines Alvin6, Manley H.5, Manley H.4, John3, Ishmael2, Edward1) was born in Brown Co., TX July 27, 1912. Odis died June 15, 2002 in Brownwood, Brown Co., TX. OBIT: Funeral services for Odis William Allgood, 89, of Brownwood, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. R.J. Elkins officiating. Burial will be at the Jenkins Spring Cemetery in Brown County. Mr. Allgood died Saturday, June 15 at his home. He was born in Oklahoma to the late Finis and Ila Dunn Allgood. He was a mechanic for many years and also formerly owned and operated his own body shop. He married Jewell Zelma Cunningham in 1932 in Mexico. He had been a resident of Brownwood for most of his life. Survivors include his wife, Jewell Zelma Allgood of Brownwood; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Marvin Whatley of Rankin; brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Jewel Allgood of Brownwood; sister Edna Ward of Brownwood; sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Dillard Holland of Granbury; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He married twice. He married Jewel Zelma Cunningham. Jewel was born 1913. He married Jewel Zelma Cunningham April 10, 1946. Jewel was born 1913.
