Lois died February 6, 1998 in Colfax, Whitman Co., WA. OBIT: Memorial service for Lois P. Boggess, 79, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kramer Funeral Home in Palouse, Wash.

Mrs. Boggess, who was born in Decatur, Ill., died Friday. In 1935, she married Martin Boggess and they settled in Palouse, Wash., in 1958. She worked as a waitress for many years at the Oriental Restaurant in Pullman and at the Oasis Cafe in Palouse. Mrs. Boggess also worked as a bartender at the Silver Saddle in Potlatch, Idaho, for two years. She retired in 1978. Her husband died in 1987. In 1990, she moved to Colfax Survivors include a daughter, Donna White of Palouse; a sister, Ruth Pritchard of Kenai, Alaska; three grandsons and three greatgrandchildren. Lois and Martin are both buried in the Greenwood Cewetery, Palouse, Whitman Co., WA

She married Martin E. Boggess May 29, 1936 in Palousee, WA. Martin was born 1912. Martin died 1987.
