Bertha died August 7, 2010 in Ada, Pontotoc Co., OK. OBIT: Bertha Price Boatman, 95, of Konawa, OK died Saturday, Aug. 7 in Ada. She was preceded in death by: two husbands: Claude Price and Homer Boatman. She is survived by: one daughter: Flora Dye and husband Frank of OKC; two sons: Leon Price and wife Norma of Alamogordo, NM; Jim Price and wife Edith of Konawa, OK;
Step-daughter: Gloria Logan of Newalla, OK; one sister: Marie Brazell of Konawa, OK; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Konawa Church of the Nazarene. Interment will be at the Vamoosa Cemetery, Konawa, OK. Arrangements are with Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
She married twice. She married Homer Lee Boatman. Homer was born September 6, 1920 in Duncan, Stephens Co., OK. Homer was the son of Charles Boatman and Ida Bean. Homer died September 28, 1975 in Okahoma City, Okahoma Co., OK. She married Claude Heman Price September 18, 1932 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK. Claude was born September 21, 1907 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK. Claude was the son of George Columbus Price and Flora Mae Davis. Claude died June 13,1968 in Girard, TX.
Bertha Roseanne Williams and Claude Heman Price had the following children:
