She is survived by his daughter, Nora Jean Bridges of Chesapeake; two sons: Walter D. Sculthorpe and wife Joyce of LaCrosse and Wayne Sculthorpe of Norfolk; a stepdaughter, Charlotte Allgood Dean of Petersburg; 5 grandchildren: Wanda Simon, Tammy Gardner, Misty Sculthorpe, Melissa Bridges and Justin Sculthorpe; 3 G-grandchildren: Whitney & Jacob Simon and Dallas Gardner.
He married Omega D. Daniel December 18, 1934 in Mecklenberg Co., VA. Omega was born May 17,1916 in Mecklenberg Co., VA. Omega was the daughter of Willie R Daniel and Virginia I. Parrish.
George Wesley Allgood and Omega D. Daniel had the following children:
