Judy died July 13,2013 in Conroe, Harris Co., TX. OBIT: Judy Catherine Alam, 67, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on July 13, 2013. She was born on September 9, 1945 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Louis and Norma Leggett. Judy is survived by her daughters Catherine Gillian and husband Rickey, Meredith "Middy" Coomer and husband Maxwell; son Michael Ohlenbusch and wife Virginia; grandchildren Wesley, Elizabeth, Candace, Mitt, Marcus and Benjamin; great-grandchild Eli and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cashner Colonial Chapel.
She married three times. She married Karl Clint Ohlenbusch. Karl was born January 24,1943 in Knippa, TX. Karl died November 20, 2000 in Leon Co., TX. OBIT: Services for Karl C. “Butch” Ohlenbusch, 57, of Centerville are set for 2 p.m. Friday at the North Creek Baptist Church in north east Leon County.
The Rev. Richard Ray of North Creek Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in North Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Walters Funeral Home in Centerville and from 9 a.m. to the time of the services Friday at the church.
Mr. Ohlenbusch died Monday in a Palestine, Texas, hospital.
He was born in Knippa, Texas, and had lived in Leon County since 1982. He worked as a machinist in a metal shop and was a member of North Creek Baptist Church, where he worked with the church’s prison ministry.
Survivors include his mother, Louise Ohlenbusch of Centerville; a son, Michael Ohlenbusch of Japan; five daughters, Karleen Gilliam of Wilmer, Texas, Middy Ohlenbusch of Dallas, Christine Ohlenbusch of Port Lavaca, Texas, Rachel Ohlenbusch and Steffani Ohlenbusch, both of Houston; two sisters, Linda Ohlenbusch-Phillips of Katy, Texas, and Melba Carter of Wagoner, Okla.; and four grandchildren.
She married Thomas J Hill JR November 17,1986 in Yakima, WA. Thomas was born 1951. She married Mahabubul Alam Feberuary 2,1995 in Yakima, WA. Mahabubul was born 1956.
